It is with great pleasure to inform you that the 11^th Biennial International Criminal Justice and Security in Central and Eastern Europe Conference registration is open now!

Registration Rates

We are pleased to offer a reduced registration fee during the advanced registration period. Early Bird Rate for participants with the paper presented at the conference is 130 € and 250 € for other participants. The student’s fee is 40 €. Early bird discount ends on July 1, 2016.

To qualify for the reduced student fee, the student’s registration must be accompanied by a copy of valid student I.D. card OR a personalised letter signed by the head of the relevant university or institutional department proving the postgraduate student status. These documents should be sent when submitting the Registration Form and must also be presented on-site! The organiser is not in the position to register you as a student without one of those documents. Please note that the student registration fee does not cover the Conference Materials.

After July 1, 2016, the registration fee is 190 € for participants with paper presented at the conference, for other participants 310 € and for students 50€.

In order to be able to attend the conference, all participants are requested to arrange the payment and e-registration not later than August 19, 2016. After this date, organizers will close the e-registration and make a final version of the conference programme.

The above fees (in Euro, incl. VAT) include the following:

• Admission to all conference sessions;
• Conference documentation and conference bag;
• Certificate of attendance;
• Welcome reception;
• Coffee breaks; and
• Book of conference proceedings.

The fee does NOT include conference dinner and the excursion that will be organised during the conference.

The Organiser will keep 30% of the registration fee for all other cancellations up to and including July 31, 2016. The Organiser will keep 70% of the registration fee for all other cancellations between August 1 and August 30, 2016. There will be no refunds for cancellations after September 1, 2016.
