The Erasmus+ coordinator at your faculty nominates you by sending your details (name and surname, field of study, and email address) via email to Incoming.erasmus@um.si

Application process

You have to apply at the University of Maribor Erasmus exchange web page.

APPLICATION DEADLINES (2024/2025)

WINTER SEMESTER: 15^TH JUNE
SUMMER SEMESTER: 15^TH OF NOVEMBER

Winter semester

1. october – end of January
(2024/2025: 1. 10. 2024 – 24. 1. 2025)

Winter exam period

End of January – end of February
(2024/2025: 27. 1. 2025 – 21. 2. 2025)

Summer semester

End of February – middle of June
(2024/2025: 24. 2. 2025 – 13. 6. 2025)

Summer exam period

Middle of June – middle of July
(2024/2025: 16. 6. 2025 – 11. 7. 2025)

Erasmus students will complete their courses (exam included) by the end of January (app. 24. 1.) for the winter semester and in the beginning of June (app. 13. 6.) for the summer semester.
