Arriving by Plane
The closes airport is Airport Ljubljana (Jože Pučnik Airport).
When you arrive to the airport you have the following options to come to the Ljubljana city centre:

Public bus service no.28 operates to and from Ljubljana bus station and runs about every hour. The journey
takes 45 minutes, the cost is around 4 Euros and you buy your tickets directly from the driver.

There is also a private shuttle service running less frequently but it's a bit faster. The bus station in
Ljubljana is small and situated immediately in front of the railway station.

If you take a taxi from the taxi rank in front of the airport it will cost about 35 euros. Nevertheless,
there is some private transfer service that can get you to Ljubljana cheaper.

If you are interested in renting a car there are many local and international car hire agencies which have
their outlets directly in the airport. The Rent-a-Car hall is situated opposite the arrivals, across the
road. Competing car rental companies like Dollar/Thrifty, Atet Rent a Car, Sixt, L.A. rent, National car
rental, Budget car hire, Hertz, ABC rent a car, Europcar, AVIS are also represented.

You can also choose a Shuttle service, which is cheaper than the taxi but more expensive than the bus. It

Arriving by train or bus
The main bus station and railway station are a short walking distance from the faculty.

There are a lot of different choices, although most visitors usually book one of these two hotels, which are
the closest to the faculty
